meeting someone famous

It took me to move to El Paso Texas to finally meet someone famous in person. Walking through Albertson (better known as Acme to you east coast people) minding my own business when all of the sudden Phil is asking me if that person looks like Sherman Hemsley (better known to the rest of the world as George Jefferson from The Jefferson's). I just kept saying yeah it does but Phil had to walk over to him and ask him if he was George Jefferson? He replied with just call me Sherman. Unlike my camera happy sister I don't walk around with a camera which now I could kick myself in the you know what. I was going to go to a park nearby today to let everyone see the beautiful mountains that I live between which saves us from having tornadoes but instead went shopping and saw Mr. Hemsley.

Today we also have a guest for the 3rd time since moving to El Paso even though he has been here before, it feels good seeing someone from the East side of the world. Oh well maybe I will make it to the mountains tomorrow.

OMGGGGGGG (oh my god)! See? You should listen to your older sister and have a camera on your person at ALL times. Did Phil get a look in Sherman's cart to see what famous people buy? hahaha

Wait! Didn't you meet Sally Starr with the rest of us when I was but a wee lass myself? She made an appearance in that shopping center where Betty Bright cleaners is.

Looking forward to those pictures, so get right on it, okay? :P~~~

Wow Patti! That's really cool. I didn't know he lived in Texas. Maybe you'll see him there again and then you can invite him over to go swimming in your pool with Diesel!

Yeah I did see Sally Star I forgot about that, I think I was really small myself back then. I am going to take a ride today to get right on taking pictures.

Who is the anonymous person? Shouldn't they be signed up to beable to make comments?

lol...I'm thinking it's one of your sisters, but my guess is as good as yours. No, they don't need to be signed up to make a comment...just to make posts.

so complete strangers can comment on what we write?

Yes, but only until all of our clan is signed up. Then I'll put blocks on it so that only "our clan" can make comments.

and when do you think that will happen? It doesn't take that long to just write something that happened or even download a picture.
