In case you're not aware, you're entitled to 1 free credit report every 12 months from the 3 major credit reporting agencies. You should get them to keep an eye out for discrepancies or fraudulent activity in your credit history. You can request them online, but I'm a little leery about typing in my social security number and birth date online, so I chose to print out the form and mail it into them instead. You can do that by CLICKING HERE. You'll need an Adobe Acrobat Reader on your PC to open it.
