Vegas Trip
Just in case anyone is interested (Texasgal??? Migsy's Mom???), we will be in Vegas this weekend. I know, I know, I know......where have we been.....and now we are asking if anyone can meet us in Vegas. We figured that since I hit 5 of a kind ($1,000) and then the old man hit a flush on Let it Ride ($1,200)......and it was actually almost a straight flush, if only that damned 4 of hearts came up it would have paid $30,000; we have enough to gamble big in Vegas. Nothing much else happening...oh yeh, except for the old man's knee problems and then the back problem - herniated disk & 2 bulging disks. Even though he is getting better each day, he is supposed to be getting an epidoral pain blocker sometime soon (he thinks he's having a baby).
Hey Jimmy's mom - you know that CT is a little too cold for me. You'll have to let us know when it gets above 60 degrees there, and after I go visit Texasgal (for the 1st time), we'll come to see you guys.
I'll have to take some pictures of the new digs and send them along. No luck yet on selling the old digs, but we did have someone come see it this past week.
Well, just a short note while I'm on lunch....I'll stop back again soon! Let us know if anyone hits the lottery (I need about $500,000 to retire comfortably, just in case you need to know).

The CT thing is probably out. I'm waiting to see where they want to send me. They were talking about Fenwick Island in Delaware but who knows. Texasgal & migsymom are going to Vegas Easter weekend. Maybe if you & the hubby still have money after your trip, you can meet them. By the way, are you still moving down south? I know the cost of living is lower down there but do you really think you can retire "comfortably" on only $500K? If I hit the lottery, I was going to give you more than $500K. But if that's all you need... :)
Well I will need about 2-3 MILLION and more if you are giving. I will be playing about $2 tonight here in Texas. I have given up on playing alot since you really only need 1 ticket to win.
Hey Bayside, nothing like short notice on the Vegas thing. Hit it big out there and come back to Vegas for Easter. Leave the husband at home NO men allowed
I think I can spare 2-3 million if I win $370 million. Of course, it would actually only be about $185 million taking the cash option. But I think I can still swing 2-3 mil:)

Oh, but it was only those scratch-off cards, and it was only a total of $25, and well, I kinda sorta already spent it. So, sorry to say, none of you are getting any of it.
I have some snow I'd be willing to share with you, though :)
You can keep the snow, I have 77 degree weather today and I am willing to share but that you make you all have to come to Texas.

Well, unfortunately, it wasn't me that won. I haven't heard from migsymom yet. She would have told us if it was her, wouldn't she?????
